John Dorhauer's very creative big band is playing two sets at Andy's. We just recorded in February, so we'll play some music of that record, along with other arrangements and original music by John.

We are playing our interpretation the entire Cal Trader Soul Sauce record as part of Fulton Street's Jazz Record Series.

4/14 - Big Band BOOM!

8-11 at The Gallery Cabaret in Chicago

This 17-piece jazz band, led by Matt Kern, plays a wide range of material in this local, lovely dive. We play charts from the classic Basie to Thad and Mel, and even get into some crazy arrangements of classical composers.
